Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using naipeak.com and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Naipeak ICT Solutions provides custom software and web development, cloud hosting, domain registration, ICT consultancy, UI/UX design, data management, and technical support. We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for account activity. You must be at least 18 or have legal capacity to contract. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Payment & Refunds

Fees are outlined in project proposals. Deposits are typically required before custom work begins. Hosting and domains are billed annually or monthly. Refunds for rendered services are assessed case by case. Invoice disputes must be raised within 14 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes should first be negotiated in good faith; unresolved disputes may be referred to courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
